Feasibility Study & Site Survey
• Reviewing and analyzing client/project requirements
• Site survey and actual measurement

Preliminary Conceptual & Sketch Design
• Prepare Conceptual Design
• Prepare basic elevation studies
• Coordinate with Project Manager & General Interface work

Prepare Detailed Design
• Create detailed sketches & site instructions
• Select and specify detailed finishes & create material board
• Present all interior furnishings and fittings including: furniture, fabric, tile, color finishes and lighting fixtures

Documentation & Contract Detailing
• Prepare all detailed working drawings
• Prepare all schedules, material specifications and bill of quantity.

Defects Liability & Final Certificate
• Site visit to itemize the unit's final punch list.
